Recognizing fraudulent messages

Scammers sometimes impersonate support agents. We will never ask you to:

  • Share your password or 2FA codes.
  • Send money to "unlock" an account.
  • Install remote-control software.

If you receive a suspicious message, don't click any links — report it to us.
